A classic "Rickey" is a simple combination of gin (or bourbon), lime juice, and soda water, but for our Cherry Lime Rickey, we use New Orleans bitters for some beautiful colour and a burst of cherry and anise flavour with no additional sugar.

As festive as it is refreshing, this is a must-have non-alcoholic cocktail for summer!

This bundle includes:

Lyre's London Dry Non-Alcoholic Gin 1x 700ml
East Imperial Soda Water 2x 500ml
All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters 1x 118ml

RECIPE

Add 60mls of non-alcoholic gin, 15mls of lime juice and 5 dashes of New Orleans bitters to a highball glass with ice.
Top up with soda water and stir briefly to mix. and 3 dashes of bitters to your highball glass, and stir.
Garnish with lime wheels and a cherry (optional).

TIP

Tip the bottle of bitters upside down and give it one hard shake down - that's 'one dash'.

What does Low Gluten mean?

In New Zealand the regulations state that products are low gluten if they have less than 20 parts per million (ppm). This differs to the UK where gluten free can be claimed at the same level. Therefore we market all our drinks with less than 20ppm as low gluten.

Can I get drunk drinking your drinks?

No! The amount of alcohol contained in a non-alcoholic drink is so low that it's simply not possible to consume enough liquid to the point where you feel intoxicated.

Can I drink your drinks if I'm driving, pregnant, breastfeeding or have been advised to avoid alcohol?

Yes! Our drinks contain up to 0.5% alcohol, similar to ripe fruit or juice. Research shows that it has no impact on the body and is fully fine in view of driving, pregnancy, an intolerance due to medication or health reasons. Please seek advice from your doctor if you're unsure.
