Make this Gimber Citrus Spritz at home!

Ingredients:

30 ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
40 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
15 ml spicy syrup (rosemary, cilantro seed, cardamom)
10 ml fresh lemon juice
Soda
Roasted grapefruit
Sprig of rosemary
Ice

Method:

Fill glass with ice.
Add the GIMBER N°2 Brut, pink grapefruit juice, spicy syrup and lemon juice and stir.
Top with soda and stir gently.
Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

What does Low Gluten mean?

In New Zealand the regulations state that products are low gluten if they have less than 20 parts per million (ppm). This differs to the UK where gluten free can be claimed at the same level. Therefore we market all our drinks with less than 20ppm as low gluten.

Can I get drunk drinking your drinks?

No! The amount of alcohol contained in a non-alcoholic drink is so low that it's simply not possible to consume enough liquid to the point where you feel intoxicated.

Can I drink your drinks if I'm driving, pregnant, breastfeeding or have been advised to avoid alcohol?

Yes! Our drinks contain up to 0.5% alcohol, similar to ripe fruit or juice. Research shows that it has no impact on the body and is fully fine in view of driving, pregnancy, an intolerance due to medication or health reasons. Please seek advice from your doctor if you're unsure.
