Oddbird's Blanc de Blancs is Chardonnay and Colombard from the Languedoc-Roussillon, matured twelve months on fine lees before the alcohol is gently removed. What remains is an alcohol-free sparkling wine that the Sunday Times described as having "a gorgeous colour, with little frothy head like real champagne." They called it exceptional.

It earns that. The nose is Granny Smith apple, honey, a hint of almond. The palate is fresh, refined, and crisp — the kind of acidity that makes every sip feel alive. A quiet brioche note from the lees aging arrives underneath, rounding it out.

Dry, elegant, precise. This is what a proper celebration glass looks like.

Available exclusively in New Zealand through The Chiller. Serve straight from the fridge in a flute or coupe. A frozen grape or a thin slice of green apple on the rim. Made for toasts, milestones, and any occasion that deserves something that looks and tastes the part.
