Oddbird's Spumante is 100% Glera from Treviso in the Veneto, the ancient Italian heartland of sparkling wine, where Roman vineyards once covered the limestone-clay hills and bubbles have been part of everyday life for centuries. Cold-fermented in stainless steel, matured twelve months, the perlage carefully preserved through a low-temperature dealcoholisation that keeps every fine bubble intact.

The result pours crisp and alive. Green apple, grapefruit, and that characteristic Nashi pear sweetness, clean, light, and refreshing from first sip to last.
