This award winning Original Pickle Juice is infused for 6 months with sliced cucumbers and a blend of spices to create a smooth, strong flavour. It is the perfect chaser to a shot of whiskey, an unlikely pair known as a Pickleback. Also try adding a little to cocktails to give it an extra kick or in a smoothie to boost your body’s electrolytes.

Produced and hand bottled on the family farm in Suffolk UK, their Original Pickle Juice contains only natural ingredients, is suitable for vegans, and has an 18 month shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place and make sure to shake well before use to ensure the best serve. Enjoy!

Try a La Soirée! This is a unique concoction, combining the light sweetness of elderflower with the umami goodness of Pickle Juice.

Ingredients:

35ml Non-Alcoholic
15ml Elderflower liqueur
10ml Pickle Juice
7.5 ml egg white (or substitute with chickpea water to make it vegan)
1 teaspoon lime juice
ice cubes, for shaking
8 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig to garnish

Muddle all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, top with ice, then seal and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

What does Low Gluten mean?

In New Zealand the regulations state that products are low gluten if they have less than 20 parts per million (ppm). This differs to the UK where gluten free can be claimed at the same level. Therefore we market all our drinks with less than 20ppm as low gluten.

Can I get drunk drinking your drinks?

No! The amount of alcohol contained in a non-alcoholic drink is so low that it's simply not possible to consume enough liquid to the point where you feel intoxicated.

Can I drink your drinks if I'm driving, pregnant, breastfeeding or have been advised to avoid alcohol?

Yes! Our drinks contain up to 0.5% alcohol, similar to ripe fruit or juice. Research shows that it has no impact on the body and is fully fine in view of driving, pregnancy, an intolerance due to medication or health reasons. Please seek advice from your doctor if you're unsure.
